Project

Project Overview
Irene Building C has its own strong identity and visual impact, adjacent to Buildings A and B, both of which are striking and individual in appearance. Located on a highly visible corner site of the Irene precinct, it serves as the visual and conceptual gateway into the precinct. Designed to be bold and iconic, it sets the tone for the precinct’s architecture and philosophy. The building contrasts glass atop a landscaped basement podium. It appears to levitate above the landscaped podium level, and its curved corners soften the edges, giving the building a rounded and endless feel. Building C is highly divisible and efficient due to its floor plate and service core layout. Each floor plate can be divided into four tenants with ease, accommodating smaller tenanting spaces.
