WASTEWATER TREATMENT
The BSP offers solutions that are rapid to implement, avoid expensive Capex which SA cannot currently afford, and deliver Green Drop compliance.

To date the following have been documented and achieved proving that the BSP is effective not just in improving performance, but in achieving Green Drop compliance at plants that have not been compliant for 10 years or more.

BASIC SANITATION
The BSP has been demonstrated to be effective in informal settlements in South Africa and far cheaper than current solutions. National leadership structures representing Informal Settlement residents submitted a formal response to the Department of Water & Sanitation in response to the proposed new basic Sanitation Policy document in April 2016 and requested a meeting. They have been ignored. They are currently reportedly in the process of finalizing implementation of the BSP basic sanitation solution with the new municipal administrations in Joburg and Midvaal. The underlying business model that they are advocating is Community Driven Service Delivery which will create jobs for informal settlement residents in implementing the service delivery.
