Congratulations to the winners of the GBCSA Leadership Awards 2025!
GBCSA Leadership Awards celebrate excellence of people and projects in the built environment for the awards period (1 Oct 2024 – 30 June 2025).
The GBCSA Leadership Awards were announced at GBCSA’s 18th Green Building Convention Gala Dinner, sponsored by Balwin Properties. The awards acknowledge the people and projects in the built environment for the awards period, 1 Oct 2024 – 30 June 2025. The deep commitment they demonstrate plays a pivotal role in driving change across the built environment industry. These companies and institutions have reaped significant reward for their efforts and are proving that the perceived ‘Green Premium’ is no longer a barrier to change. These built environments are also now more profitable; properties are easier to sell or lease and energy and water cost savings are evident. Much of the project successes are driven by the Accredited Professionals (AP), whose knowledge and passion for the certification process ensures its efficient implementation.
