Aurum Zimbali Lakes, Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal Building Tour 10 Sep 2024

In celebration of World Green Building Week, GBCSA and property developer Nexxagen will be hosting a morning building tour of Aurum Zimbali Lakes, a residential development which has achieved EDGE Advanced Preliminary Certification.

We invite you to join us as Dean Young, Managing Director at Nexxagen, takes us on an exclusive building tour of the four units at Aurum Zimbali Lakes, featured in +Impact Magazine Issue 22.

With the #WGBW24 focus on #BuildingTheTransition, Dean will highlight the approaches to energy, water and carbon embodied by the development, which has a distinct response to the local climate, and is designed and constructed with the future in mind.
