An invoice will be sent to you together with a "statement of member commitment" form.
Once received please effect payment to activate your membership.

Step 4

Fax/ email us proof of payment together with the signed "statement of member commitment" form.

NOTE: Membership will not be activated until we have received your signed "statement of member commitment" form and payment.
