CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Please note if your membership is cancelled and you would like to re-join a fee of 20% based on your annual membership fee will be payable.

SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES

  1. Subsidiary companies can join in their own right or

    If the holding company joins as a member taking into account the relevant metric for the membership category (e.g. turnover/ number of employees) of the subsidiary company then the subsidiary company may join at a membership fee of 10% of the holding company's fee.
  2. Note: In order for the subsidiary company to join under the membership of the holding company, the holding company's membership fees must be fully paid.
  3. If the subsidiary company falls under a separate membership category, the subsidiary company will pay the lesser of 10% of the holding company's membership fee or the full membership fee for their own category.
  4. Please note that above does not apply to investment subsidiaries - investment subsidiaries should join in their own right.

DIVISIONS
As divisions are not separate legal entities, they automatically obtain membership when the company registers as a member provided that each division's relevant metric for their membership category (e.g. turnover/ no of employees) has been taken into account upon registration.

BRANCHES
The main company should register as a whole including all its branches taking into account the relevant metric for their membership category (e.g. turnover/ no of employees) for all of the branches combined. Alternatively, each branch may join in their own right.
