Two different certifications are awarded through the same tool: Green Star SA - Office Design at the end of the design phase of the project and Green Star SA - Office As Built following construction completion. PILOT Period
The Pilot version of the Green Star SA – Office tool was released for public comment from 30 July to 1 September 2008. During this time significant feedback was received. The GBCSA included input from the feedback comments in revisions made for Version 1 of the tool. All of the feedback comments and formal GBCSA responses can be viewed here.

The Green Star SA – Office tool is now available for full public use. The rating tool was released as Version 1 (v1) at the GBCSA Convention & Exhibition ’08 on 2-4 November, 2008.
