Determining the value-add of green design and energy efficiency strategies is critical for maximizing the value of modern, high-performance real estate projects. This workshop focuses on the core themes that commercial property investors, developers, financiers and their partners will encounter as they consider developing new green buildings or retrofitting existing commercial property portfolios. The workshop will focus on the latest research, tools and strategies used by commercial property investors worldwide to evaluate and consider the impacts of sustainability and energy efficiency approaches on their property portfolios as well as the overall risk/return analysis that accompanies green real estate investments.
