PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Invoices are payable upon receipt. In the event of a cancellation, we would require notification (in writing) no less than 7 days prior to the event. A cancellation fee of 50% is charged for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event. In the case of non-attendance, without prior notification, you would be charged in full for the monies due - accordingly you are encouraged to send an alternative in your stead. Note: Your booking is confirmation of your seat and an invoice emailed to you within a week, should you not receive a confirmation we would appreciate that you follow up telephonically as you will still be liable for payment
